Terms & Conditions


TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. All price listed is in Ringgit Malaysia.
  2. All items sold are brand new and personally handpicked.
  3. All items are quoted before the postage charges and buyer are to bear all the postage charges.
  4. All items are based on first come first serve basis.
  5. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
  6. Reservations will only last for 3 days. After the 3 days period, items will be available to other customers.
  7. Colours of the items may be slightly different due to monitor settings and photography.


PAYMENT
  1. Payment must be made within 3 working days after order confirmation is done.
  2. Bank accounts no. will be provided upon order confirmation.
  3. Payment may be made via online or at any cash deposit machine or via any bank counters. (Kindly refer below for payment notice.)
  4. No cancelling once orders are confirmed.
  5. Orders are confirmed once payments are received.
  6. Payment received on a working day (Monday - Friday) before 3pm, parcel shipping will be made on the same day itself. 
  7. Payment that are received after 3pm on a working day or over the weekends/public holidays, parcel shipping will be made the following working day.
  8. If payment are not received within 3 days period, Tops'N'Bottoms has the rights to give the reserved items to other customers.
