- All parcel delivery will be made within 24 hours (once payment are received) unless stated otherwise. Kindly refer here for payment Terms & Conditions.
- Orders made over the weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
POSTAGE FEES- All the stocks will be examined to ensure that all items posted out are in good condition.
- All items will be securely sealed in plastic bags.
- Tops 'N' Bottoms do not have any control whatsoever over the handling of the parcel by the courier companies, hence we are not responsible for the damaged or loss item due to the courier company's mishandling.
- In the event where the parcel is returned to Tops 'N' Bottoms for any possible reason (i.e.: unclaimed, wrong address), we will charge for the extra postage.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD are available at Jaya One, Starbucks or Hartamas Shopping Centre, Starbucks. COD are only available from Mondays - Fridays from 12pm - 2pm.
